Emanuel Guidry is an Oil and Gas Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) with over 40 years of experience. His work experience includes the Management of Production, Drilling and Completion personnel.  His work areas includes both North and South America. His primary work experience is in Production Engineering and Operations. Emanuel has assisted companies in the reduction of downtime to increase revenue and production. He has worked to optimize field operation and drive the implementation of Safety and Health policies.   In the US, he has worked the Gulf Coast (Offshore and Inland waters), all areas of Texas, Onshore Louisiana, Rockies, California and the Mid Continent areas.  He has also worked properties in Columbia and Peru.  His work experience includes Production Management of the Mid Continent area for Chesapeake, and as a Global Engineering Operations Advisor for SK E&P Company.  His areas of expertise includes Mergers and Acquisition (M&A), Operations, as well as developing an Optimization program to address the decrease in Oil and Gas prices.  Emanuel helped develop the Upstream Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) training program for SK E&P.  He worked 30 years for ConocoPhillips (COP) as a Quality Instructor, as well as mentoring and managing the career planning for Lower 48 Engineers and Technicians with a focus on the Early-Mid Career employees.  Emanuel has also worked on the recruitment of experience hires, entry level Engineers and Summer Interns.  As a consultant, he has reviewed company operating procedures, staffing, and safety practices to provide recommendations for improvement and success. Emanuel has Six Sigma and 4DX training and holds a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

MBA (Rice University), US Army veteran (1st Lieutenant) with a solid working knowledge of unconventional and conventional onshore operations from the technical, commercial, operational, and land / legal vantages, with a strong emphasis on increasing Net Asset Valuation (NAV) value of the company's portfolio. Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's operational policies, objectives, initiatives. Responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals. Management consulting on oil and gas transactions in North and South America for BP Energy Partners, Pilko, and Carnrite Group. Directed all engineering, geological, legal, operations and land support for the Mid Con South Business Unit 12M BOPD, 600 MMCFD and 400 Chesapeake Employees. Directed a multi nationality organization in new play generation of ideas, evaluation of publicly-marketed producing properties, computer-based financial modeling, and mapping to predict future drilling, recompletion, and remedial results in North America.  In charge of drilling and equip to flow, reservoir forecasting, reserves booking, and capital allocation for new play five explorations block in Colombia.  In addition, as a U.S. Track and Field Coach,  successfully coached 2 athletes in the in the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia.  He is  also credited with 4 US Champions, 3 World Championships Medalist, and a World Number 1 ranking.
